SOLUTIONS FOR INDUSTRY

At DAPR3D, we're known for our wide range of scale model kits, but we also specialize in bringing ideas to life through expert-level 3D printing. Whether you’re looking to visualize a product, showcase a concept, or require short-run manufacturing support, we deliver high-quality, custom-built solutions tailored to your needs.

From architectural models, bespoke display pieces, and marketing materials to functional products and engineering prototypes, we collaborate with design teams, agencies, and manufacturers to create tangible, visually striking assets that help you communicate, sell, and refine your vision.

With in-house design, deep expertise in scale modelling, advanced 3D printing capabilities, and a maker’s attention to detail, we bridge the gap between digital concept and physical form. Fast, reliable, and built for business, below are just a few examples of what we can offer.

SHOWCASE

BESPOKE SPACERS

We recently produced a batch of bespoke spacers for a client that needed a fast, functional solution. These weren’t display items, they were real-world, working components, turned around in less one week from receiving the CAD file to delivering the finished parts. We achieved a level of speed and precision that simply isn’t possible with traditional manufacturing, proving once again that when time matters, additive manufacturing leads the way.

CHASSIS MODEL

When a client needed a large scale display model (1:10) of one of their core products, they came to us. Drawing on our deep expertise in designing highly detailed scale model kits, we were able to translate a complex, full-size product into a precise, visually striking miniature. The result was a professional-grade display piece that met the highest standards of accuracy and finish, something only possible through our background in miniature engineering, careful assembly, and finishing techniques.

EXTRUSION PROFILES

Prototyping and producing samples for aluminium extrusion profiles can be costly and time-consuming. For a recent project we used 3D printing to produce accurate, full-scale prototypes of new profile designs. This approach allowed the client to trial, test fit, and evaluate without the expense of manufacturing tooling or committing to production. It’s a perfect example of how additive manufacturing can dramatically reduce both cost and risk during the early stages of product development.
