"Have bought 6+ models off these guys and cannot fault any of them. I also wanted other items that not shown on website. Contacted them and within a day items was on website. That's what I call customer care. Not enough stars to rate them."

"I am so pleased with this kit, when it comes to wanting nothing but quality, and more. Shipping was on target, cost is very affordable to the US. The detailing is so right on, thanks again."

This is a great little kit, due to it's scale the smaller pieces are a bit fiddly to paint, but no more than I expected. Used enamel paints for the gloss finish and the model took the paint well. The online instructions were easy to find and print out. Fits together well. Customer service is great asked a question about a speed controller and got a reply the same day. The kit came packed in a box that easily fitted through the letterbox. Will be buying a few more kits from DAPR

"Brilliant kit. With care builds into a realistic representation of a mid 20th century typical dockside crane. Highly recommended, this is the second I've built."

"You can say that I was a little sceptical of 3D printed models having heard rumours and seeing some of the crude models that some war gamers have shown me. But a couple of photos of products from the above company and having heard a bit about 3D I thought that I was looking at one a one piece printed model, how wrong I was as it turned out. I thought Hayhoe I could do is one for unload for one of my lorries so if I another club member I ordered one, it arrived within seven days of ordering. Much to my surprise it right arrived in a Box 9“ x 6“ x 3/4” deep I did think that they had sent me their ‘N gauge version by mistake but no it was what I’d ordered and was a kit not a one-piece model after all. Instructions are not included but there is one of those squares with blacked out bits for scanning which is okay if you have the necessary equipment to do so but being from the pre-computer age I had to ask for help from a younger club member. Once downloaded they are very good and are of an exploded picture type so no mistaking of what goes where or so I thought (more on this later).

I had heard that you would need special glue to stick this type of material together but DAPR suggested using superglue which worked well. Having sorted out the pieces, there is no flash as such but I did notice that there is a slight raised edge where the parts are started on the bed plate of the printer, all that was needed was a little scraping to remove it but with two or three passes scraping with the craft nice is sufficient to remove it. Having no pictures of the real vehicle rightly or wrongly I filled all the little groove in the body. I filled all the little bruises in the body sides with ‘squadron signal’ Green putty. I also placed over three areas and one lower down on the same side that appears when gluing the side pod of section 2 on the diagram. On reflection it would’ve been easier to fill in the whole of the opening with plastic before assembling the sidepod onto the main body. One problem I had is the locating of the tracks as there is conflicting information shown in the illustrations so I sent an email to DAPR asking which way the large sprocket should face, their answer was ‘towards the rear of the vehicle’.
The Rams for lifting and lowering the large conveyor belt printed only in the half round section so I replace these with plastic tubing and rod. Apart from that it was or is a well detailed easy to construct kit and value for money. Like I said earlier a picture of the real piece of equipment might have been useful in with their instructions.
Conclusion, recommended."
